This was a little bit scary for us. We came home from church on Sunday and opened the garage door. Well it only opened a little bit. Tyler decided to crawl underneath and open the door the rest of the way for everyone. By the way, mom and dad were not present at the time. Well, Spencer decided he wanted to crawl underneath the door as well. Tyler did not see him and pushed the button. Tyler thought the door was supposed to go up but instead it went down, right on Spencers elbow. Of course, Spencer screams out. It broke both bones right above the wrist.
After he had his hard cast put on.
Spencer just after he came from the hospital. He is a little bit drugged up. After waiting for Spencer to come out of anesthesia, the nurse asked him if he could walk. Spencer said "well, I broke my arm there is nothing wrong with my legs. Spencer likes to state the obvious.

All I can say is ouch! It makes me cringe all over!
Poor guy. Not fun to be in a cast for his birthday. Does this mean his baptism is postponed? Just curious, 'cause I know he'll be 8 on Halloween.

Tell Spencer hope he recovers quickly. Tell him Happy Birthday this week as well.
